Our Story
Protocol® Luggage was founded in 2009 by a group of frequent travelers who were frustrated with the luggage options on the market. Most luggage was either cheaply made and didn’t last, or cost an arm and a leg for a marginal upgrade in quality. We set out to create a line of luggage that hit the sweet spot between affordability, durability, style, and thoughtful design.
After months of research, design, and testing, we launched our first collection of hardside and softside luggage focusing on bold colors, smart organization, lightweight materials, and real-world performance. The response from customers was tremendous, and we knew we were on to something big.
